Karim Rashid’s Wallpaper Capsule Energizes the Everyday Wall

Wallpapers aren’t just patterns on a background. Sometimes, they set the stage for an experience, not just decoration. In his Capsule Collection for Wall/Pepper®, design icon Karim Rashid brings his signature swirl of color, geometry, and shapes to the vertical surfaces we often overlook. Immersive Surfaces turns walls into focal points, transforming them from passive planes into vibrant, sensory-rich experiences.

Pulse

Like with all of Rashid’s creative endeavors, Immersive Surfaces challenges us to see the ordinary in extraordinary ways. “With Immersive Surfaces, I wanted to break the boundaries of the flat wall and create something that truly engages the senses,” says Rashid. “This collection is about transforming two-dimensional space into a multidimensional experience, where geometry, fluid waves, and playful blobs evoke movement, depth, and emotion. It’s a way to make walls not just seen, but felt.”

Waves

The ten exclusive patterns – Drift, Blaze, Eon, Ooze, Waves, Moze, Bloom, Pulse, Kusp, and Brink – each carry Rashid’s unmistakable visual language, pushing wallpaper into a realm that feels less like decor and more like an immersive experience.

Brink

Moze

Brink, Moze, and Kusp pulse with energy through dynamic geometry, while Eon and Drift take on a more tranquil, fluid motion.

Waves, Pulse, Ooze, and Blaze riff on the hypnotic effect of moiré lines, while Bloom invites a closer look with its mesmerizing shifts in shapes.

Blaze

Every design is printed on Wall/Pepper®’s high-performance, sustainable substrates, ensuring long-lasting durability and visual impact. They’re tested and engineered to meet the demands of both residential and commercial environments, from stylish living rooms and boutique hotels to commercial interiors and contract projects.

There’s a time and place for neutrality – but Immersive Surfaces isn’t it. Together, Rashid and Wall/Pepper® challenge us to ditch beige and embrace walls that speak loudly, confidently, and in full technicolor.
