How would i go about building the next "Versailles palace" in America?

lets say hypothetically i inherited 100 million and invested it in s&p 500 it will turn into 2 billion which is about how much the versailles palace costs

lets say i wanna build it in America and be as grandeur as the actual versailles like the baroque halls and the extremely ornamentation of everything in the palace and massive garden…..is there any architectural firm or architect that can design it and any construction company that can build it?
